Hunting Case / Geneva Crystals
These crystals are formed to exactly replicate the originals, minus the chips, scratches,
striations, mold marks, label stains and seeds. The glass used is 0.4mm micro-float
made in Belgium; it's durable, clear and perfectly suited for this purpose.
All crystals ordered by diameter and height are $20 each. If you're unsure or
inexperienced at fitting hunting crystals, then I will gladly fit/install one for $40
(plus return shipping) with total satisfaction guaranteed.
In this case, you will need to send me the entire watch.
When ordering by height, please use the following as a standard;
these figures represent the inside center clearance of the crystal
measured from the bottom of the outer edge to the inside center:
H-8 = 0.8mm
H-7 = 1.2mm
H-6 = 1.6mm
H-5 = 2.0mm
H-4 = 2.4mm

This recently acquired material is an early formulation of fine German technical drawn sheet glass made by Schott.
It has been stored well in original wood crates for about 50 years and shows no degradation at all. The surface is invisible and
the edge shows a faint aqua cast. Despite their low cost, these crystals are formed and finished to the highest standards.
